Rustum is a seasoned entrepreneur and has successfully initiated, owned and managed several companies over the past 30 years of his professional business career. His forte as a Marketing and Business Development specialist has given him the opportunity to work in various sectors of business both locally and abroad.

One of his passions is digital solutions and finding effective ways of maximizing the use of digital platforms as a marketing and communication tool to drive value for organisations. Rustum is currently the Marketing and Communications Director at Connecting Africa and also represents Unipalm Investment Holdings, a broad based black empowerment investment holdings company that is the majority shareholder in the business. Rustum has a passion for enriching and improving young lives and is committed to his role as a member of the board at Rise Against Hunger.
