Reshna is an experienced HR professional and has held several positions at South Africa’s well-known financial and professional service organisations including Mutual and Federal, Alexander Forbes, Deloitte and Absa Capital. She is currently the Divisional Director HR at Liberty Corporate. Her responsibilities at Liberty Corporate include translating the business strategy into a supportive people strategy that is aligned to the Group HR priorities and to put action plans in place against the strategy to ensure effective execution. Her role extends to partnering with business leaders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives whilst maintaining accountability for the end to end delivery of HR services.

Reshna graduated from the University of Natal in 1996 with a BA in Psychology. She later went on to complete her Higher Diploma in Education from UNISA with a Cum Laude. Thereafter, Reshna furthered her academic studies at GIBS where she completed the Management Development Programme; the Graduate Institute of Management Technology where she obtained a Diploma in Labour Law; and then later completed her Advanced Labour Law studies at UNISA.
