Sean has a B.Comm and a B.Acc from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed his articles of training at Deloitte & Touche and qualified as a chartered accountant at the end of 1991. He served 2 years military service at the Receiver of Revenue as a senior tax officer. He worked just over 20 years for an American sales and marketing company focusing on the building of private label brands for retailers. During this time he managed business in South Africa, Mexico, Germany Czech Republic, United States, Angola and Kenya.

At the end of 2014 he decided to leave the corporate world and focus on a combination of entrepreneurship and giving back – to this end he has a small strategic consulting company, a business incubator, a cleaning company and spends some of his time as a volunteer ambassador at Rise Against Hunger Africa and a mentor at the National Youth Development Agency. 3 key words that describe Sean are strategic, maximizer and relator.
